Syfer Design recently completed the refreshed Carey Bear Country exhibit design for the Philadelphia Zoo in collaboration with Art Guild Inc. As the design partner, Syfer developed a comprehensive suite of environmental graphics, interpretive elements, and custom exhibit components designed to enhance the visitor experience and bring the story of the bears and their conservation efforts to life.

The scope included the main Carey Bear Country mural, artwork and interpretive signage, reader rails, zone identification signs, donor recognition plaques and displays, animal identification signage, and a variety of custom interactive educational exhibits. Each element was designed to create an engaging and informative experience while seamlessly integrating with the refreshed exhibit environment.
