Syfer Design was founded by Andy Kim and Austin Woods, who previously collaborated on EGD projects at other design studios. They often joked about starting their own studio together, and in 2020, that dream became a reality with the launch of Syfer Design.

Based in Dallas, TX, and Denver, CO, we are a full-service design, build, and creative agency. Our mission is to help people forge connections with the spaces they visit and inhabit by creating meaningful relationships tied to each location. We specialize in transforming brands into tangible experiences through experiential graphic design.

Our main objective is to showcase our clients' values and uniqueness through intentional design. With over 29 years of combined experience in exhibit design, graphic design, architecture, way finding, signage, branding, construction documentation, project management, 3D modeling, and rendering, we are fully prepared to bring your vision to life. Our studio connects architects, graphic designers, interior designers, and industrial designers who are committed to bridging the gap between innovative concepts and actual execution.     Austin Woods

    FOUNDER | PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
    DENVER, CO

    Austin is one of the owners and principal designers at our Denver, CO office. With over 10 years of professional experience in EGD, programming, wayfinding, and graphic design, he excels at bringing brands to life in both digital and physical spaces through immersive storytelling. His expertise in wayfinding, brand development, experiential graphic design, and project management provides him with a unique perspective for crafting engaging and interactive experiences.

    In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife and daughter, playing guitar and singing, skiing, camping, mountain biking, traveling, and enjoying all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.

    FOUNDER | PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
    DALLAS, TX

    Andy Kim leads the Dallas Office as a Principal Designer and Managing Director. With 20 years of experience in Immersive design, Branded environment, Wayfinding, Architecture and Masterplanning, he enjoys the project constraints where creativity can collide with opportunity. His life-long goal is to find uncommon use of everyday materials, turning the familiar into new potentials, connecting people, intellectually and emotionally, to the places they visit and inhabit.   

    Other than being married with two kids, he tries to make weird things in the garage and visit new places to learn about how we live.
